Pastor Ian Clarkson 

Ian is married to Joanna and they have 3 grown up children. He is the pastor at Crown Lane having started in March 2023. He has previously worked at Fulwood Free Methodist; King's Church Penwortham and for Preston Youth for Christ. 

'I was born and raised in Barton, attended St Lawrence's CE church as a child, so knew of God but didn't know him for myself. I then attended a youth group at Fulwood Free Methodist and heard the good news of Jesus Christ and it took me 4 years to finally respond to the gospel and give my life to Jesus - but I haven't looked back since! I's an honour and privilege to serve alongside the church community at Crown Lane and to see what God can do in and through each and every one of us.
